Day-by-Day Program

Day 1

Arrival in Tashkent

Airport meet & greet, transfer to hotel. City orientation and first dinner featuring national cuisine.

Day 2

Tashkent

Chorsu Bazaar, old city walk, tastings of fresh non bread, spices, dried fruits, and an introduction to Tashkent's food culture.

Day 3

Tashkent → Samarkand

High-speed Afrosiyab train to Samarkand. Visit Registan Square, Gur-Emir Mausoleum, evening stroll and dinner with local specialties.

Day 4

Samarkand

Siab Bazaar, famous Samarkand plov, artisan workshops, and immersion into the city's culinary traditions.

Day 5

Samarkand → Gijduvan → Bukhara

Drive through Gijduvan, visit a ceramics workshop, lunch or masterclass, then continue to Bukhara.

Day 6

Bukhara

Ark Fortress, Lyabi-Hauz, Kalon Minaret, old town exploration, tea ceremonies, and a Bukharan-style dinner.

Day 7

Bukhara → Vabkent

Countryside excursion, local cuisine experience, traditional crafts, tastings, and return to Bukhara.

Day 8

Bukhara → Khiva

Scenic drive through the Kyzylkum Desert. Arrival in Khiva, check-in, rest, and evening walk through the old city.

Day 9

Khiva → Urgench → Tashkent

Guided tour of Ichan-Kala (Inner City), discovery of Khorezm cuisine, evening flight back to Tashkent.

Day 10

Tashkent — Departure

Free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing, transfer to the airport, end of your gastronomic journey.
